Chef/Owner Adam Dougherty has finally realized his dream of being a sole-proprietor in the food business. Adam is a graduate at The California School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu.

Adam's first Chef Job was at the Pasadena Center, where he oversaw the catering venue's prestigious events, such as: The People's Choice Awards, The Golden Globe Awards, The B.E.T. Awards, and the Soul Train Music Awards. Chef Adam has also free-lanced for Wolfgang Puck,  catering venues in Hollywood and at the Sony Pictures Studios.

Chef Adam has been featured in articles for the L.A. Times, Orange Coast Magazine, as well as a feature for Bristol Farms Markets. Chef Adam has received the award of excellence by the Zagat Survey Editor for the Orange County Region. "I know what it takes to make great food better! Now it's time to show the rest of Southern California what I'm made of! I want to make great food available to all budgets and for all people".




Stacy has enjoyed this business for over 15 years.  Her career started while in College working for PGA's "The Nike Tour" of golf, as Marketing Director for the Southern California Tour Events.  Since the end of the Nike Tour, which later became the "Buy.com Tour", she has been in Sales & Marketing.

Today, Stacy works with many non-profit organizations to promote, raise money, and develop successful charity events.
