About the Chef /Owner

                                             
Chef/Owner Adam Dougherty has finally made his dream of being a sole-proprietor in the food business come true. Adam is a graduate at The California School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu.

Adam's first job as a Chef was at the Pasadena Center, where he oversaw the catering venue's prestigious events, such as: The People's Choice Awards, The Golden Globe Awards, The B.E.T. Awards, and the Soul Train Music Awards. Chef Adam has also free-lanced for Wolfgang Puck,  catering venues in Hollywood and at the Sony Pictures Studios.

Chef Adam has been featured in articles for the L.A. Times, Orange Coast Magazine, as well as a feature for Bristol Farms Markets.  He has exclusively catered events for John McCain, USC, American Heart Association and for the commissioners/directors fo John Wayne Airport. Chef Adam has received the award of excellence by the Zagat Survey Editor for the Orange County Region. "I know what it takes to make great food better! Now it's time to show the rest of Southern California what I'm made of! I want to make great food available to all budgets and for all people".
