Chef Adam's Catering Service was started in 2008 by Chef Adam Dougherty. Part opportunity, part destiny. In the worst economic climate since the great depression, starting off was rough. Chef Adam's mission statement was to work with each and every client as best as possible, and to work with people and companies through these trying times. Chef Adam's Catering Service is different from other Catering and Event Production companies due to our attention to detail.
    " From day one, I wanted to bring fine dining to each and every event that we do, so many companies out here are purchasing ready made and processed foods and serving it as if they made it to keep personnel costs down", Chef Adam.
 
    We take pride in being able to go head to head with any catering company or restaurant in Orange County. Chef Adam's staff has over 100+ years of fine dining experience throughout the world, in all global cuisines. 
    We make all of our food 100% from scratch, from the breads, salad dressings, meats ALWAYS fabricated in house, sauces, desserts etc. and are all expertly prepared and In house. We all know that food is the main stay of the party, but equally important is the service associated with any and all events.
