My wife and I want to thank you and your Maitre D’ Eric Pfendler for an unforgettable evening.

I feel very fortunate that I saw your advertisement and that we connected.

As you know, this was a surprise birthday present for my wife and as it turned out, there isn’t anything that could have made her happier than the “Romantic Dinner for Two” you created for us.

The menu you suggested was perfect and the food was outstanding. My wife, who is very “particular” about dining, stated that your creations were “gourmet” in the truest sense, she was thrilled. We absolutely loved it.

However, as we discussed, it isn’t food alone that makes an evening so memorable. From the moment you and Eric arrived at our home, you took over and made us feel like honored guests. While you did the food preparations and the cooking, Eric created the right table setting and ambiance, including the flowers and candles you brought. For us this was a totally new and very exciting, wonderful experience.

So the combination of the most delicious food, prepared in our kitchen by “our own” chef and served by a very experienced Maitre D’, two very personable people who obviously took great pleasure in making sure everything was done absolutely perfectly, made this occasion truly unforgettable.

When the Hazardous Materials Section of the Anaheim Fire Department was in need of a meeting snack for our CUPA Business Advisory Group, we turned to Chef Adam’s Catering Service. Chef Adam respected our need to adhere to our strict budget and was still able to provide us with wonderfully presented, unique, delectable refreshments that help get the group through a two (sometimes, three) hour meeting! We are very pleased with our working relationship with Chef Adam.

Yes ~ please do come to our monthly Open House. It will be held on Tuesday August 18th at 8:30 p.m. They will give a free ballroom dance class that begins promptly at 8:30 p.m. You are welcome to bring any friends or family. It is a fun event.

Dear Chef Adam,

I wanted to thank you for participating in the Taste of Yorba Linda this past Friday night. Your participation in the event made the evening for my self and the guests I invited.

I was amazed at the culinary delights you provided. Out of all forty-five of the participants, your offerings were by far the best. The long line to get to your booth was well worth the wait. My favorite by far was the Caesar Salad with duck confit.

If ever I need a caterer or hear of someone needing one, I most definitely will recommend your company.
